Pricing is valid for 30 days from the created date of all quotes. Customer supplied items might incur an unbagging charge if significant unbagging is required. CONVENIENCE FEE: A 3% convenience fee is applied to all invoices paid by cards. There is no fee applied for payments made by check, ACH, or cash. Please let us know your preferred payment method prior to paying and we will remove the fee if applicable.

Refund Policy

Standpoint does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to every order being custom made to your requests. If there is any issue with your order, please reach out and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for complete orders not picked up within 90 days of completion.

Delivery Policy

Standpoint will gladly ship your order to you for a fee or have it available for pickup at one of our two locations. We are not responsible for lost items, damages, or delays in delivery that are caused by the carrier. Shipping rates may change without notice.
